This is a circa 1940s or 1950s USS Segundo SS-398 Japanese-made jacket patch.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940s-1950s.
SIZE:About 4-5/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered with cotton/poly/silk embroidery thread.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
