1940-1941 DCADAT/Défense Contre Aéronefs Défense Aérienne du Territoire Badge Tunisian-Made

This is a French badge for the DCA-DAT (Defence Against Aircraft - Air Defence of the Territory), an anti-aircraft artillery group formed in Tunisia in 194The badge was made locally in Tunisia and shows an eagle upon a crescent with two upward pointing artillery cannons. Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-5/8" in width. Environ 3.2 cm par 4.1 cm.

Sand-cast brass. Laiton moulé dans le sable.

Horizontal T pin with C catch. Horizontal broches T avec C attraper.
