Great 1940's, Cold War Era, Civil Defense Badge from Lebanon, Illinois made by S. G. Adams Co. in St. Louis. The badge is round, with a perched eagle on top, the center features a painted red, white, and blue civil defense logo and letters with painted detail read: "CIVILIAN DEFENSE LEBANON, ILL."

Circa 1940's

Approximately 2 3/8" x 1 5/8"

Chrome plated nickel and paint.

Vertical pin with drop in swivel locking catch.

"S. G. ADAMS CO. ST. LOUIS, MO. PAT. 2066969".
