This is a 1934 Connecticut resident angling (fishing) license badge. The badge is in green and white celluloid and is numbered 15516 at center.

Circa 1934.

Approximately 1-3/4" in diameter.

Celluloid-wrapped tin.

Horizontal safety-style pin.
