ARTIFACT: This is a 1931 Spanish-American War Veteran's Delegate Badge from Utica NY.

VINTAGE: Circa 1951.

SIZE: About 1-11/16 in width by 4-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze and silk ribbon.

ATTACHMENT: One-piece horizontal safety-style pin with a "C" catch.

MARKINGS: AMER. EMBLEM CO INC. UTICA-N.Y.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Very minor wear and tarnishing however the ribbon is very frayed and fragile.
