This is a 1931 Spanish-American War Veteran's Delegate Badge from Utica NY.
VINTAGE:Circa 1951.
SIZE:About 1-11/16 in width by 4-3/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bronze and silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:One-piece horizontal safety-style pin with a "C" catch.
