This is a circa 1930s or World War II Portsmouth (NH/ME) Naval Shipyard specialty badge for an electrician. The celluloid badge is numbered 51 and has a hard to read maker mark along its bottom edge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-11/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid-wrapped tin.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin.
MARKINGS:Hard to read maker mark along bottom edge.
