Description
This is a circa 1930s to World War II Japanese worker's visor hat. The hat has nine insignia, including a nicely enameled anchor badge, a painted anchor badge and a badge numbered 34The hat has a maker's mark inside the liner.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s World War II.
SIZE:No size tag: approximate size 7.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool, leather, brass and plated brass with enameled and painted areas, twine.
ATTACHMENT:Safety-style pins on most of the insignia, twine and eyelets at back of hat.
MARKINGS:342 on one insignia; THE STANDARD BEST NEW STYLE HAT in liner.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The cap is in very nice shape with some light wear and minor spots of discoloration; liner is separated in a couple of spots.
