ARTIFACT: This is an early (ca. 1930s) Nazi Party pin for German citizens in the Westmark region, bordering upon France.  It shows a red enameled swastika at center and reads D.V.R. WESTMARK (LOTHR.)

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's.

SIZE: About 15/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated brass with red, white, and black enameling.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-type pin.

MARKINGS: W. REDO SAARLAUTERN.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEX05 LAAEX2/11 SLHEX7/14 SHEX03/04/21

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Heavy wear to finish: most of the silver is gone from the front of the badge. A few light scratches in the enamel. Still a very presentable and collectible piece.
