Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1930s "pledge" pin for now-defunct Alpha Kappa Pi fraternity. The pin is enameled in black and is in the shape of a six-pointed star showing two crossed golden swords.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930s.

SIZE:

Approximately 7/16" in height and 7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

None.
