ARTIFACT: This is a die struck American Airlines stewardess hat badge showing an eagle flanked by two capital As. The reverse of the badge shows the engraved initials "AVC".

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: AVC.
