Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a retirement pin for the United States Treasury Enforcement Agencies and reads TREASURY ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES RETIRED. At center is a crest with a skeleton key and scales, which is on the United States dollar bill.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930s-1940s.

SIZE:

11/16" diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass and enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw pin with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

1/10 G.F. B.B. CO with maker's mark on pin and B.B. CO. ROCH NY and maker's mark on reverse of disc.
