This is a circa 1920s or 1930s "sap", a lead-loaded self-defense weapon. The weapon's body is covered with woven leather, and a looped strap is attached at one end.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s-1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter (at thick end) and 13-1/4" in length (including strap).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wood, leather, lead.
ATTACHMENT:Looped strap.
MARKINGS:None.
