ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1911 United States Army book entitled "Infantry Drill Regulations". The manual was published for the War Department and covers topics such as "Leadership", "Marches", and "Orders, Commands and Signals". At the end of the book there is sheet music for a few bugle calls.

VINTAGE: Circa 1911.

SIZE: 208 pages (one illustration and one plate); approximately 5-3/4" in height and 4-3/8" in width and 7/16" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper, cloth-wrapped cover.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.

MARKINGS: Form 27.-O.C.S. Ed. 9-19-10-50,000. 3-1071; signatures of a few previous owners in front cover; WASHINGTON GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE 1911; WAR DEPARTMENT Document No. 204 OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The book has some light wear and aging but no rips, stains or writing other than inside the cover.
