ARTIFACT: This is a Wonderful 1906 Detroit Public Lighting Commission 14K Gold (Tested) Badge Originally Worn by Industrialist Willam R. Kales.

VINTAGE: 1906.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/8" in height x 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 14K Gold (9.53 grams).

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal T-style pin with 'C' catch.

MARKINGS: "WMR.KALES DETROIT MICH" (DETROIT MICHIGAN)

CONDITION: 9 (Excellent+ ): The badge shows minor wear and is in great condition. A locking plate that was once attached to the catch is missing.
