ARTIFACT: This is a set of eight US Life Saving Service uniform buttons, four large and four small.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900's - 1910's.

SIZE: Large button: About 15/16" in diameter; small button: about 9/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Loop to sew onto garment.

MARKINGS: On reverse of each button: OAK HALL CLOTHING CO. BOSTON.
