ARTIFACT: This is an early Canadian insignia, most likely from the 1870s-1880s, soon after Canada became a self-governing "Dominion" of Great Britain in 1867. The insignia is a beaver negotiating a limb with three leaves.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870s-1880s.

SIZE: 2-9/16" height and 1-7/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Four bendable spokes.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Canadian collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX05 LEEX9/10

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine): Insignia shows spots of light to medium wear and light tarnishing.
