WWII USAAF Headquarters Shoulder Patch on Twill

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces Headquarters shoulder patch. The patch is in twill with a gold border and shows a winged star at center.

Circa World War II.

2-7/8" height and 2-3/4" width.

Cotton twill embroidered in silk/cotton threads with mesh backing.
