This is a World War II US Army Air Force (USAAF) Flight Officer rank insignia.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in hight x 3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Enameled brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pins with locking over-under catches.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a USAAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBX93 LCEX12/17/20
CONDITION:7 (Fine - Very Fine): Moderate tarnish on reverse. Very Light scratching to enamel.
