WWII USAAF A-2 by Perry Sportswear Size 40 (approx.) Relined with Zipper & Cuff Replacements

WWII USAAF A-2 by Perry Sportswear, size 40 (approximately). The A-2 is a rich chocolate color and shows repairs to lining, and zipper and cuff replacements. The tag has faded but read: "TYPE A-2 DWG. NO. 30 Ð 1415 A.C. ORDER NO. 42 Ð 16175 (?) PERRY SPORTSWEAR NEWBURGH N.Y. PROPERTY AIR FORCE U.S. ARMY".

Circa WWII

Size 40. Approximately 23" from armpit to armpit; 26" length from collar to hem (on reverse); 25" from shoulder seam to cuff; 19" between shoulders

Leather, cotton, paint, metal.

Replacement metal zipper.
