This is a United States Army Air Forces 873rd Bomb Squadron, 498 Bomb Group, 20th Air Force jacket patch. The patch shows a winged elephant relaxing on a cloud, in the act of dropping a missile.

About 6-1/2" at widest part; 4-3/4" in height.
