This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 4th Air Force "fully bordered rays" variant patch. The patch is unworn and shows a winged star atop four golden rays.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 2-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
