WWII USAAF 4th Air Force Patch "Fully Bordered Rays" Variant, Well Used

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 4th Air Force "fully bordered rays" variant patch. The patch is well used shows a winged star atop four golden rays.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 3-1/16" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

To be sewn onto uniform.
