This is a circa World War II United States Navy Manual NavPers 16110: "Booby Traps". The book is IDed to a Seabee, Ralph H. Norton of the Seabee Maintenance Unit, Camp Parks, California. The short booklet details with black and white photographs detail everything one needs to know about "booby traps", or concealed explosive devices.
