WWII US Navy Enlisted Pilot Rate in Cellophane

This is a United States Navy enlisted pilot sleeve rate from World War II. The rate shows a winged anchor at center in gold embroidery, and is enveloped in a period cellophane wrapping.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2" height and 4-3/4" width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads, cellophane.

7+ (Very Fine+): The rate shows light wear with one staple mark and some small spots of slight discoloration; cellophane is torn in some spots.
