Rare WWII or Earlier US Navy Enlisted Pilot Sleeve Rate

This is a rare United States Navy enlisted pilot sleeve rate from World War II or earlier. The rate shows a winged anchor at center in white embroidery.

Circa World War II or earlier.

Approximately 1-7/8" height and 2-7/8" width.

Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
