This is a December 10, 1943 issue of United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-633 "Chinese Phrase Book". 

It covers many useful Chinese words and phrases and the meanings of Chinese road signs. 
It also has a handy list of phrases in alphabetical order by English. 
This booklet is not illustrated.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1943 (World War II).

SIZE:

272 pages (includes three "Notes" pages); approximately 5-1/4" in height and 4-1/4" in width.
