ARTIFACT: This is a sterling World War II United States Army paratrooper wing by A.E. Company. The wing comes with its original green box dated May 1943. The wing shows a parachute at center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Wing: 13/16" height and 1-1/2" width; box: 3-5/8" x 2-3/8" x 5/8".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver wing and paperboard box with cellophane and felt.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch.

MARKINGS: STERLING A.E. CO. UTICA on reverse of wing; 5-43 stamped in ink on inside cover of box and has original STERLING label on outside of box.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEJX07 LBGEX5/10 SBGEX1/11-GC:XGC/GEX

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Wing and box show light wear.
