This is a World War II United States Army Civilian Air Transport Command variant shoulder patch. The patch is roughly oval and shows an Art Deco aviation pattern.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:2-7/8" height and 2-1/2" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully-embroidered brown patch in red cotton/silk threads.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Patch shows only some light wear.
