ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army shoulder patch for the 9th Corps. The patch has a red Roman numeral nine (IX) at its center and is bordered in red.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/2" in width and 2-3/4" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
