This is a World War II United States Army Airways Communications System jacket patch. The patch shows an aircraft orbiting the globe with a lightning bolt in the atmosphere.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

4-15/16" height and 3-7/8" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered patch with multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
