ARTIFACT:

This is a shoulder patch for the United States Army 65th Division, also known as the "Battle-Axe" Division. The patch is a blue showing the top part of a battle axe in white. 

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-11/16" in height x 2-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto uniform.
