This is a theatre-made World War II CBI (China-Burma-India) shoulder patch for the United States Army. The design of the patch is a white Chinese sun and star against a blue background with red and white stripes below. The patch has a khaki backing and has three snaps on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/2" in height and 2-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk with cotton embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:Three snaps. To be worn on uniform.
MARKINGS:None.
