This is a beautiful World War II submarine badge made at Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard in Portsmouth, New Hampshire/Kittery, Maine. The badge is in brass.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" in height and 3" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEX11 LFJX12/11 Hld/UTLVFJX12/16
CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The pin has some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnishing.
