WWII Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania women's volunteer organization badge: Memorial Gold Cross First Aid and Ambulance Corps which saw upwards of 2,000 members during the war. The round red, white, and blue enameled badge reads: "MEMORIAL GOLD CROSS FIRST AID AMBULANCE CORPS" and features a gilt brass cross in the center of the blue enamel.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Enameled, gilt brass
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop in swivel catch.
MARKINGS:Three maker mark stamps on reverse.
