Description
This is a Nazi medal marking the "Entry into Austria" along with its original case. The medal shows an ascendant man bearing a swastika flag and a man on a lower level with a broken chain on his wrist. The medal reads EIN VOLK EIN REICH EIN FUHRER 13 MARZ. 1938 on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Medal: 3-1/4" height and 1-3/8" width; case is approximately 4-1/16" in height and 2" in width and 7/8" deep.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bronze medal with silk ribbon; velvet- and silk-lined case.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal kick pin on medal bar with "C" catch and suspension ring; push in clasp on case.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Medal shows moderate tarnish and some discoloration to ribbon; box is in fair shape.
