ARTIFACT: This is a Nazi medal marking the "Entry into Austria" along with its original case. The medal shows an ascendant man bearing a swastika flag and a man on a lower level with a broken chain on his wrist. The medal reads EIN VOLK EIN REICH EIN FUHRER 13 MARZ. 1938 on reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Medal: 3-1/4" height and 1-3/8" width; case is approximately 4-1/16" in height and 2" in width and 7/8" deep.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze medal with silk ribbon; velvet- and silk-lined case.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal kick pin on medal bar with "C" catch and suspension ring; push in clasp on case.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Nazi Germany collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCJX10 LABJX7/10 SABJX3/11

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Medal shows moderate tarnish and some discoloration to ribbon; box is in fair shape.
