This is a World War II Japanese Naval landing forces cap badge. The badge is an oval and shows a partially submerged anchor embroidered in silver and gold.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/2" height and 1-1/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk-wrapped paperboard (silk embroidery), paper backing.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Badge shows very light wear near edge only.
