WWII Japanese Fireman belt buckle in gold anodized aluminum. Homefront heroes during USAAF bombings, during the firebombing of Kobe in February 1945, an average of 40% of the built-up area of 64 of the largest cities were destroyed. The buckle has a round, textured center and has a floral design.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:Approximately 2-9/16" in height and 3-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold, anodized aluminum.
ATTACHMENT:Interlocking buckle with two rectangular loops.
