This is a great WWII Italian Air Force Badge given to Strategic Reconnaissance pilots who had reached a certain level of experience. The badge is an oval wreath with the Italian Royal crown at top and the knot of Savoy at bottom with a winged torch at center.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:About 1-7/16" in width by 2" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:White metal with brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical Pinback with plunger type catch.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Minimal wear, center has nice coppery patina.
