ARTIFACT: This is an Imperial Japanese Army World War II NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) Pilot Wing. The wing shows a wreathed star and propeller flanked by a set of Aircraft wings.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 15/16" in height and 3-5/16" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk-wrapped cardboard embroidered in silk/cotton and tinsel-wire threads with treated paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto Flight Clothing.

MARKINGS: None.
