This is a World War II shoulder patch with a green back for the United States Army 31st Infantry Division, also known as the "Dixie Division". The patch is white with a red border and shows two letter Ds, spine to spine. Green back, Olive Drab Backed, O/D Back, OD Back, Greenback.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-7/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
