WWII Era New York City Department of Public Health #'d Matron Badge. The large round white celluloid badge reads: "ISSUED BY DEPT. OF HEALTH LICENSED CITY OF NEW YORK" and in the very center it reads: "MATRON 11334", the reverse is made from tin.
