ARTIFACT: WWII era California State Harbor Commission employee badge. The plated white metal badge shows the State Seal in the center and surrounding it reads: "STATE HARBOR COMMISSION EMPLOYEE 971" in embossed and blackened lettering - the reverse pin is missing.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 1-15/16" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped white metal

ATTACHMENT: None, pin is missing
