Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II era beaded Navajo patriotic pin. The pin is a great phoenix-like eagle with spread wings bearing a red and white striped crest on its breast.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 2-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Glass beads, leather backing, plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin on bar with C catch.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from an American Indian collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCX03 LDIX4/11 SDIX12/11

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): The pin has some light wear only with only a few beads missing at the edge.
