This is a World War II double launching program from Boston Navy Yard for LST-984 and LST-985, tank landing ships. Launched February 25, 194Neither ship saw combat during the war but both took part in occupational duties afterward.
VINTAGE:Circa 1945.
SIZE:Approximately 4-15/16" in height and 4" in width (when folded).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Oaktag.
ATTACHMENT:None (folded).
MARKINGS:Some pencil handwriting on reverse.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a WWII USN launching program collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay MAX13 LFEX6/14
CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The program has some very light wear and some pencil handwriting on reverse.
