This is an early World War II Colonel's "War Eagle" rank insignia by Meyer.

Circa early World War II.

About 1-1/2" in width by 3/4" in height.

Silver-plated brass.

Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.

SHOLD-R-FORM followed by the Meyer maker's mark.
