This is a World War II patch for the United States Air Force Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Squadron One in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. The patch was designed by Disney, showing Pluto outfitted for action and reading READY-WILLING-ABLE NASSAU SQ. ONE.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:5" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered patch in multi-colored cotton/silk threads.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Civil Air Patrol collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBAJX07 SFJJX2/15
CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Patch shows little wear but has minor discoloration in spots.
