This is a World War II British Red Cross Society associate badge by J. R. Gaunt. This badge has an attached service ribbon.

Circa World War II.

Pin: approximately 13/16" in diameter; ribbon: 1-1/2" by 2-1/4".

Plated brass, enamel, silk.

Horizontal pin with C catch on pin; horizontal safety-style pin with saddle on ribbon.
