ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces officer collar insignia by Amcraft. The insignia is a winged propeller, and the reverse of the pin has the company's quilted daisy design.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/4" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold- and nickel-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Two posts with covered clutch-back catches.

MARKINGS:

ACID TEST.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX04 LCIX2/11

CONDITION:

8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insignia shows only light wear and tarnish on the propeller only.
