ARTIFACT:

This is a World War I Relief in Near East donation pin in celluloid. The pin is in red, white and blue and reads AMERICAN COMMITTEE RELIEF IN NEAR EAST SAVE A LIFE with a shining star at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/4" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Celluloid-wrapped tin with paper backing.

ATTACHMENT:

Straight pin.
