This is a United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration chest tape patch. The patch is rectangular and reads UNRRA. UNRRA was established in 1943 to assist those displaced and disadvantaged during World War II and was disbanded post-war. The patch has been worn.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The patch has some light to medium wear at the edge and minor fading.
